Tom Morse is founder of Legacy Properties West, LLC. His passion for the outdoors, respect for the western way of life and commitment to the protection of our natural resources brought him to Colorado with his wife Linda. This coupled with the understanding that there are many like-minded people, seeking a lifestyle of greater simplicity and purpose along with more time to enjoy their recreational interest, gave birth to Legacy Properties West. The intention for the firm is to bring together a group of passionate and competent partners and associates, from multiple disciplines, to support individuals and families in realizing their lifestyle aspirations, by finding the finest ranches and recreational properties in the West to meet their needs. Prior to founding the company, Tom formed, developed and sold companies in publishing, financial services, business software and real estate development over a 35 year career. Tom and Linda also had the great privilege to volunteer for more than six years supporting the worldwide activities of both charitable and not-for-profit organizations. His creative talents and management expertise provides vision and overall guidance to the day-to-day operations and growth of Legacy Properties West. Zach Morse is a licensed broker associate with Durango Real Estate Partners, LLC – Legacy Properties West. Zach teamed up with his father at Legacy Properties West in 2007 after getting his degree from Colorado State University. Since joining Legacy Properties West, Zach has been involved in multiple sales of high-end properties and large acreage ranches. His land knowledge, enthusiasm for the outdoors and commitment to the preservation of the American West enables him to support others who aspire to make that legacy their own. 
On his days off, Zach takes full advantage of the Durango area by going snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, boating, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.
