History:

The previous owners platted the property for subdivision. Eight lots containing 39 to 40 acres were surveyed and platted in December, 2002. These 8 lots have a Declaration of Covenants and Water Restrictions filed of record in Santa Fe County, NM. The remaining 10 lots are over 140 acres each. The current owner indicated that the subdivision was approved in December, 2002 by Santa Fe County.
