Location: 10 miles +/- west of Conchas Dam, NM on NM Hwy 104 thence north a few scant yards on Magnolia Road to the south line of the ranch thence continuing north on Magnolia Road approx. 3 miles to the ranch headquarters.

This well improved New Mexico ranch is located just west of Conchas Dam, New Mexico just off of Highway 104 with an average elevation of 3,900 feet above sea level with mesas on the ranch at approximately 4,400 feet. Terrain on the ranch is mostly rolling with several wet weather creeks crossing the ranch, when full Conchas Lake backs up on to the ranch in the various draws and canyons. This type of terrain with mesas, small canyons and open, rolling terrain furnishes a good home for a cow with plenty of winter protection and the bonus of good hunting and recreation.

Predominate grasses on the ranch are Blue and Black Grama, Western Wheat Grass, Sacaton and Tabosa.

Trees found on the ranch are Cedar, Pinion Pine, and Mesquite with scattered Cholla which also provide winter protection and natural habitat for wild life.

Electricity for the headquarters is furnished by solar power with an enclosed building for the generator and batteries.
